Job Vacancy for Community Instructor

With the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), WinRACK International is operating two Knowledge-Based Integrated Sustainable Agriculture (Farmers) 2 projects in 25 districts of 4 provinces in Nepal with the objective of sustaining the agricultural sector's growth, inclusion, and income growth.

You can apply within the time limit.
  • Only successful candidates to be included in the preliminary list will be included in the selection process by informing for written and interview.


In the eighth and final phase of the training, Vocational Literacy Division 4 of this project is leading more than 6,000 participants living in 100 places in the following areas by providing two months long training in various subjects for cash business development.

Applications are invited from aspiring Nepali citizens with the following qualifications and experience as some community trainers are required to work in a timely manner to impart this vocational literacy training.


Main Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the selection of participants.
  • To conduct vocational literacy training at the local level for 2 months (2 hours daily, except Saturdays).
  • Examine participants before and after the training.
  • To facilitate the participants for business development.
  • Assistance, coordination in monitoring, evaluation, and study.

Minimum Qualification Capacity:
  • Proficiency certificate passed or similar
  • Not working full time in other organizations
  • To be able to facilitate professional work.
  • Proficiency in social operations and computer applications.
  • In the past as a community trainer or local resource person
  • Preference to candidates of working and related wards.

Telephone contact is discouraged. It is also informed that the right to select or not to select the candidates or to reject the information related to this requirement is vested in the organization. Candidates from women and backward communities will be motivated.
